We don't insist on Saturday to Saturday bookings or weekly bookings. Our bookings are flexible - you can arrive on any day of the week and stay as many nights as you choose. There is a minimum charge of one week during our peak season (July and August) and 4 nights at all other times, but other than that we are flexible.

We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, day trips and golf transfers, taking away the stress and leaving you free to enjoy your holiday. If you can't see what you want, please ask and we will do our best to help through our network of local contacts.

Booking Terms   

Change over day - flexible Bookings accepted for any number of nights. Minimum charge of 4 nights will apply - 7 nights in high season, unless there is a gap of less than 7 nights in the bookings calendar. For dates with overlapping price bands, calculate the price per night in each band or ask us for a quotation. Extended winter bookings are available at very competitive rates - please contact us for details. We offer long winter rentals from 1 - 3 months.

Arrival and Departure Times
To allow our cleaners adequate time to prepare the apartments, all properties must be vacated no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure. On arrival, you will be able to access apartments from 3:00 pm. We can arrange for storage of your luggage if your arrival time is early or your flight does not depart until late evening.

Agents on Site
Our agents live close to all the rentals, so you can be sure of a warm welcome on your arrival and help or advice should you need it during your stay.

Bed Linen and Towels
All our apartments are supplied with towels and beds are made up ready for your arrival.  For bookings or more than 7 nights, fresh bed linen is provided mid-way through your stay.   Beach towels are not normally provided.

Cot
A child's cot is available at an extra cost of 20 euros per week, providing you let us know in advance. (A 50 euro deposit is required in case of breakages.) Buggy and wheelchair hire available upon request.

Airport Transfers and Car Hire
We can provide airport transfers at very reasonable rates. We use 1 - six seater vehicle and 1 - eight seater, so we can cater for larger parties and save you money - details on request.

Smoking
For your safety and for the comfort of other visitors, we operate a no smoking policy in all our apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the apartment terraces, where ashtrays are provided.

Pets
We regret that no pets are allowed in the apartments.

Insurance
We cannot be held responsible for accidents or loss of your property.  We would strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover against personal injury, loss or damage of personal possessions and events which may lead to you having to cancel your holiday.
